The service here has been top. Notch love the people here. All my drinks 10 out of 10. Bartenders absolutely know what they're doing, especially for anyone who's a lightweight drinker. They get it. Food was good ate at all places. Great for layed back anniversary spot. Gym clean and up to date. Upstairs bar great vibe a few upgrades needed... but still very nice... night and day

I stayed at the Statler this past weekend, 9/19-9/21, and I had the most amazing time. The staff was incredible. I was greeted with smiles, excitement, and warmth every time I walked in and was celebrated since it was my birthday. The bellhops were phenomenal: I had a great conversation with Scott, and Trey treated me with such sweetness, remembering my name when I would see him again. The Waterproof was such a fun party and super clean, and Overeasy was just as delicious as always. As a hotel guest, the Statler exceeded my expectations, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a personable stay experience that’s close to all the fun activities Dallas has to offer.

The hotel is a nice hotel, stayed with my daughter because I had an early appointment at the Baylor. I had a not so pleasant experience with Valet, they were talking and didn’t offer assistance to my daughter. Front desk was nice, pleasant and professional. And than, we met Mr. Christian Mercedes in the hallway, he talked to us, carry our luggage to our room and when he knew I was there for a medical appointment, he send some fruits to our room and extra bottle of waters. Check on us the next morning and even asked how was everything. He was pleasant young man. The restaurant staff were a little rush, and in the evening, the staff was just to relaxed, sitting and laughing. My daughter order food. Overall a good stay, most of the staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean, but a little rundown.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Statler Rooftop Pool – Perfect Party Spot! The Statler Rooftop Pool is the place to be if you’re looking for a fun, stylish, and energetic vibe! The atmosphere is electric — great music, stunning city views, and a poolside setup that feels straight out of a luxury vacation. We came for a party, and it did not disappoint! The drinks were on point, the service was quick and friendly, and the whole area was clean and well-maintained. The lighting and DJ set the perfect tone for the evening, and everyone was having a great time. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a rooftop hangout with friends, The Statler is a must. Great crowd, great energy, and that Dallas skyline view seals the deal. --

Trey, the front door bellman was superb! No matter what he maintained his professionalism and charisma. Even when customers were rude and dismissive. We need more Treys in this world, especially during these times. The hotel is very nice and has a pleasant atmosphere. Restaurants are great too! Overeasy and Scout! Only concern was valet parking. It tended to get backed up, but service was still good.

Had an amazing chill weekend at the Statler for my wife's birthday. The bed was super comfortable, we melted into it. The bathroom is huge and had a wonderful rain shower head. The tub is also very cool, and one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel. It does have the drain in a weird place, in the middle of the tub, but wonderful for soak if you don't mind the drain placement. The very BEST thing about this hotel is the staff and their commitment to making sure guests have top tier experience. We needed a bottle opener and Michele at the front desk gave us her personal one. Skyler also gave amazing service and made sure we got our food delivery. I had the best Kentucky Mule of my life at the roof top bar, which has a great lounge area and pool. The view is good but the vibes are better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location and walkability were great. I parked two blocks away at the Elm Street garage, which seemed like a better, less chaotic option than the valet situation when I pulled up. The condition of my room left a lot to be desired. I also felt like I intentionally got assigned the room closest to the elevator (noisy) because I was by myself. There was someone else’s old takeout in the minibar, flickering lights, and a remote with bad batteries. I couldn’t even connect to Netflix, which seemed outdated for this hotel. Not a bad experience overall, I just expected better from the room.
